GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome, a term that was created by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride and described in detail in her book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome. It is a syndrome consisting of digestive, immune, and psychological symptoms, all of which are related and can usually be resolved with dietary adjustments. As a GAPS-certified practitioner, I am able to counsel and support anyone with GAPS symptoms.
Which Version of the GAPS Diet is Best for You?
You may need to start with either the Full GAPS Diet, the Intro GAPS Diet, or a modified version of the GAPS Diet, depending on your situation. For help determining which approach is best for you, your first step is to contact me to set up your free 30-minute Initial Inquiry. If we decide to work together, we will schedule a New Client Consultation where I will gather more details about your case and your goals. Together we will develop the most appropriate and effective GAPS program for you.
