Real Food Therapy Rates
* IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NUTRITIONAL THERAPY SERVICES:
The hourly rates listed on this web page do not include the cost of any laboratory tests or nutritional supplements. Fees for any lab tests that may be recommended by the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner are set by the laboratories conducting the tests, and fees for any supplements recommended by the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner are set by the companies that produce and distribute the supplements. The hourly rates quoted above refer only to the consultation time provided by the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

One-on-One Consultations*

This rate applies to all time spent directly with the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) including in-person meetings and any communications by phone or teleconferencing (eg. Skype, FaceTime). This rate does not include any text or email correspondence with the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). In order to receive this rate, clients are asked to keep a list of questions and submit them by email 48 hours before their next consultation with the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).
Nutritional Therapy Program/Protocol Development*

This rate applies to all time spent by the Nutritional Therapy Practioner to support the client when the client is not present, including written assessments, lab test interpretations, consultations with the client's physician, and research and development of dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations. This rate does not include any text or email correspondence with the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Estimates are available at the client's request.
Far Infrared Sauna Therapy Sessions *
The Far Infrared Sauna Therapy offered at Real Food Therapy is especially useful for relaxation, detoxification, and weight management. Single Sessions Rates
$15.00 for 20 minutes $0.75/min. = $45/hr.
$30.00 for 40 minutes

5-Session Package
$62.50 for five 20-minute sessions $0.625/min. = $37.50/hr.
$125.00 for five 40-minute sessions
$187.50 for five 60-minute sessions
10-Session Package
$100.oo for ten 20-minute sessions $0.50/min. = $30.00/hr.
$200.00 for ten 40-minute sessions
$300.oo for ten 60-minute sessions
* Please bring a damp cloth, a bath towel, and a full bottle of water with electrolytes to your session. Arrive fully hydrated, wearing comfortable clothing suitable for sweating. If you'd like to bring a friend, please ask about our "Bring-A-Friend Discount."
The RESTART Program
The price of the 5-week Restart your Health and Sugar Detox Progam includes five 90-minute interactive classes plus handouts. Handouts will be provided weekly in the form of hard copies for in-person participants and digital copies for online participants.
